If you are not a new customer, chances are your domain name has expired, and your domain name is not registered with us.

If your domain name expires, your site AND your email stop working until you pay your renewal fee. You can check your domain status here: http://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/whois/index.jhtml

If your domain is not registered with us, you must renew through your registrar. We cannot re-register domains that are recently expired. All registrars lock recently expired domains for 60 days.

If your domain is registered with us, we renew your domain for free (automatically) for as long as you host with us. There is a one-time $15 fee to transfer your domain registration to One on One.
