Domain Renewals

If
you selected "New Domain Registration" on
our order form when you signed up for service,
we have registered your domain name for you automatically.
The charge for this is $19.95 and is reflected
in your account billing history. What this also
means is that One on One Internet is the registrar
of your domain name.
As
long as you continue to host your domain with
us,
we will automatically renew your domain
every year
. You don't have to worry
about it expiring and being available for someone
else to register. The annual renewal fee is $19.95.
If your domain is registered elsewhere and you want to transfer the
registration to us, please email your request to support@oneononeinternet.com. Your transfer request must include the authorization code for your domain. You can obtain this code from your current registrar.

transfer in your email to support@oneononeinternet.com.
(The registration transfer fee is $15.and the current registration term will be extended by one year.
We will then transmit the transfer request request
to your current registrar from our account with our registrar, Enom.The Registrant on the current domain Whois record will receive
an email from them asking for your authorization
to do the registration transfer. Please be sure
to respond to this email. Registration transfers
generally take 3 to 5 business days to process.
NOTE:
If your domain registration is
not with One on One Internet, we will not renew
your domain name.
