Reseller Accounts

You can add additional resold accounts at any time using your Control Panel. This is how you resell accounts . To add a reller account, click the "Add Domain" icon in your Control Panel. Then click on the "Add Additional Domain" icon.

Then click on the "Add Additional Domain" icon.

Then fill out the form just like you were doing an order at One on One Internet. Your resold accounts are displayed in your Control Panel.

By clicking on the links for the resold accounts, you can customize your customers Control Panels. You can change the titles, colors, and even put your company name in the upper left corner!

Account Set Up

When the account is established, your customer gets his or her own Control Panel. Once you enter the order, You will receive an email with your customers' account information (usually within 10 minutes!). You can modify or customize the Welcome Email, if you wish, and forward it on to your customer. Your customers Control Panels do not contain any of the icons related to One on One Internet.

Billing

We charge you for each of the domains you purchase (at a 35% discount). The Credit Card that you used to sign up for your account will be automatically charged when you add a new domain. You in turn, charge your customers at your price. All re-sold accounts have their own IP address, Control Panel, and all of the benefits of our regular hosting plans.

Support

You the Reseller, provide your own Customer Support. We will provide you with help on any questions you may have. You have control over the domains you resell. This means you have access to their Control Panels to assist your customers with questions or issues.

Budget Hosting Plan (Resellers only)

As a special incentive to our resellers, we offer our Budget hosting plan for your customers that are looking for an affordable plan with limited disk space and transfer. The Budget plan is $75 per year and includes 50 MB of disk space, 5 emails, and 1 gig of transfer. This plan is available for annual billing only. This plan is available to our resellers only. The plan is available in the pull-down menu in the Add Domain order form. Orders submitted with contract lengths other than "annual" will be rejected.

NOTE: The Starter Plan is not eligible to be resold.

Using our Virtual Name Servers, if your customer searches for their domain name in the InterNIC Whois database, they can see your company name and not One on One Internet. As a Reseller you can set up your own Virtual Name Servers if your original account is on the Pro Plan. This service is only available to users of our Pro Plan only.

If you choose to customize your "web-hosting company", login to your Control Panel and select the Virtual Name Server Icon to create Name Servers for your company.

IMPORTANT: You must then add the name server names and IP addresses that you are assigned to your domain record. This has to be done by the registrar of your domain name. Once this is done, this will change the InterNIC Whois search to show your Name Servers not One on One Internet.
